My “GAME BEER” goes to: Kenny Pickett, he led an 11 play, 75-yard drive that would we be the game winner. It was a crucial drive and Pickett answered the call. Honorable Mention: Benny Snell Jr and Anthony McFarland Jr had 90+ yards between them and grounded it out.
Beer of the Game: Narraganset Beer for me and an Old Fashion for KGB. If it is good enough for Captain Quint it is good enough for me.
“Steel the Snacks”: We had wings and burgers at a local watering hole in town. Because of the late night we started early and pre-gamed it!
My Stat of the week: Mike Tomlin improves to 19-3 on Monday Night Football. Second most wins of all time! He is made for primetime!
My Thoughts on next week: The Steelers once again have a great chance when they meet a Falcons team that is in contention but has significant holes. This is a very winnable game. But the Steelers need to limit the mistakes.
Jersey of the Week: Rod Woodson, #26 Home Black, once again this is technically not a throwback because this is my actual jersey, it was my first jersey that I bought as an adult. It also is my Turkey Bowl jersey.
