For one glorious weekend all seemed right in the world of the Pittsburgh Steelers as they, as they played great defense had a solid running game and a quarterback who protected the football. Of course to make it a true Steelers vintage win the special teams were lousy!

My “GAME BEER” goes to: Going with Najee Harris who had 99 yards and was reliable in the running game, Honorable Mention: T.J. Watt the stat line wasn’t there, but his presence was immeasurable.
Beer of the Game: IC Light of course at the Terrible Bra and Grille Tailgate!
“Steel the Snacks”: Since we were at Acrisure Stadium, we didn’t “steel” the snacks, although I would love to see what KGB could come up with for New Orleans!
My Stat of the week: The Steelers banged out 217 yards on the ground the highest total this season. They are finally beginning to get some semblance of a running game. Also considered Mike Tomlin finally gets his first career victory over the New Orleans Saints. On a personal note this is the third time I have seen the Saints in Pittsburgh! The Steelers stand 2-1.
My Thoughts on next week: The Steelers will be at full strength for their showdown with the Bengals. The Bengals need this as a must win and this is where they made their move last season.
Jersey of the Week: Mean Joe Green, #75 Home Black, It is technically not a throwback because I got it when it was still the actual jersey! It is my “Gamer” the one I wear to 90% of the games we attend!
